1. I have not received my order confirmation.

If your order was created successfully, an order confirmation and receipt will be sent via email after a few minutes or an hour. Please check again to find it, don't forget to check the spam folder as well.

If you still couldn't find it, please provide us with the exact product name of your order and the shipping name/ email address you used to make a purchase. We would like to find your order for you.

2. I have no tracking number; how can I track my order?

After you receive the order confirmation email, the tracking number will be updated in 3 - 4 business days via your email. Average time to receive goods is 10 - 15 business days from shipping date.

3. When do I get the tracking number?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. The in-store process for the stock and packaging will take about 2-5 business days. Then, once your order is ready for the shipment, the tracking will be available and sent to you, and average shipping time is 10 -15 business days.

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 working days from the day you completed your payment.

4. Where can I check my tracking number?

When your order has shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
